Horizontal podium lines echo the brand’s iconic grille, while floating visual effects above the podium and refined silver and chrome accents give the façade a sense of motion even at rest. Inside, a curated black-and-silver interior palette is enriched with leather and wood finishes, branded graphics, and integrated smart technologies, creating living spaces that feel immersive, intelligent, and unmistakably premium.

Vision AVTR forms part of the larger Mercedes-Benz Places master plan at Binghatti City, a meticulously planned “city within a city” composed of 12 residential skyscrapers. At its heart stands the Vision Iconic Tower, soaring to approximately 341 metres, surrounded by 11 staggered towers named after legendary Mercedes-Benz concept vehicles such as Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, and Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6.
