About The Project

Vision AVTR rises as a bold architectural statement within Mercedes-Benz Places at Binghatti City, Meydan, redefining how branded living is experienced in Dubai. Developed by Binghatti Developers, this 50-storey high-rise residential tower is envisioned as more than a home—it is a continuation of automotive artistry translated into vertical living. With approximately 1,303 residences comprising studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, alongside 23 retail spaces, the tower balances private luxury with everyday urban convenience, delivered across three planned phases over an estimated 3.5-year timeline.

The design narrative of Vision AVTR is deeply rooted in the Mercedes-Benz automotive language, where movement, precision, and innovation shape every detail. Horizontal podium lines echo the brand’s iconic grille, while floating visual effects above the podium and refined silver and chrome accents give the façade a sense of motion even at rest. Inside, a curated black-and-silver interior palette is enriched with leather and wood finishes, branded graphics, and integrated smart technologies, creating living spaces that feel immersive, intelligent, and unmistakably premium.

Vision AVTR forms part of the larger Mercedes-Benz Places master plan at Binghatti City, a meticulously planned “city within a city” composed of 12 residential skyscrapers. At its heart stands the Vision Iconic Tower, soaring to approximately 341 metres, surrounded by 11 staggered towers named after legendary Mercedes-Benz concept vehicles such as Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, and Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6. Together, the development will host more than 13,000 residences, shaping a landmark destination where architecture, branding, and lifestyle converge.

At ground level, the master plan unfolds around the Grand Promenade, a landscaped green spine featuring water elements, shaded groves, art pavilions, and elevated walking paths that seamlessly connect the towers. Residents enjoy access to extensive leisure and wellness infrastructure, including family and infinity pools, sky jogging tracks, gyms, yoga zones, and outdoor training decks. Twelve specialised sports clubs—from padel and squash to climbing, Pilates, and golf simulators—sit alongside social venues such as a ballroom, private cinema, e-sports lounge, and concierge services, all supported by integrated electric vehicle infrastructure and smart mobility solutions designed for a future-ready urban lifestyle.
